Slow Cooker Carrots

Serves: 2 - 5

Ingredients:

16 ounce carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch wedges

1 bay leaves

1 tblsp brown sugar

1/8 cup melted butter, salted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Freshly chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients in slow cooker except parsley and mix well until combined.

Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on high for 3 hours or until carrots are tender.

Garnish carrots with parsley and serve.
